Most of us know how much kids love messing about with food and helping in the kitchen, so we should encourage them to do this, with supervision you could even help them become the next Gordon Ramsay or Raymond Blanc, two very well known European chefs.

Clearing up may not be so much fun, but then you could teach them about that as well.
